Signing up for a membership gets you access to discounted recording sessions. Once you sign up for a monthly or annual memberhip, you will get access to our membership booking page where you can book as many discounted sessions as you want. All sessions are 50% off our standard rates.

By booking regularly! Our memberships are designed for people who are committed to their podcast and stick to a regular recording schedule, such as weekly or bimonthly.
The way to get the best value out of your membership is to record often. The more you record, the less your membership costs per session.
Nope! There are no restrictions on what recording type of recording you can book compared to our standard rates—all you get is discounts!
No! You can book sessions whenever you'd like by heading over to our booking page.
There's no limit! Book as many sessions as you'd like.
Memberships are reserved for independent creators. If you are a company or part of a larger network, you can either book at our standard rates or contact us for custom pricing.
Memberships are either by show or by individual—whichever party signs up for it. You cannot share a membership otherwise.
You can book a session up to 4-hours before your timeslot when you're a part of the Friends + Membership. For non-Friends + members, you must book at least 48-hours in advance.
Yes! All Friends + video recordings (both single and multi-camera) include 4K video. However, you must provide your own SSD hard drive for each camera recording in 4K.
You can upgrade your membership by going back to our pricing page and clicking on the membership version you want. Once you click, you will be automatically brought to a portal where you can upgrade your membership.
Once you upgrade, your current membership level will become inactive.
For monthly memberships, we do have a two month minimum requirement. That's in place so people don't scam our membership program. If you do cancel before paying for two months, we will bill you for the second month.
Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of your billing cycle AND if you haven't booked any sessions. After 7 days, refunds are not available.
If you cancel after the first 7 days of your billing cycle, you will still have to pay for the whole period, but you will retain access until your billing cycle ends.
You can cancel anytime after completing the required two months.
