Signing up for a membership gets you access to discounted recording sessions. Once you sign up for a monthly or annual memberhip, you get access to our membership booking page where you can book as many discounted sessions as you want.

The Friends Membership gets you access to audio and single-camera recording sessions for $80/hr.

No, you can only do multicamera sessions in the Friends + program
Basic editing is up to 10 cuts per recording session. Tell us what you want us to cut or bleep during or right after your recording, and we'll send you the edited file with cuts when we upload your video.
No! You can book sessions whenever you'd like by heading over to our booking page.
There's no limit! Book as many sessions as you'd like.
Memberships are reserved for independent creators. If you are a company or part of a larger network, you can either book at our standard rates or contact us for custom pricing. Β
Memberships are either by show or by individualβwhichever party signs up for it. You cannot share a membership otherwise.
Yes! All video recordings can be done in 4K for no extra charge as long as you bring in SSD(s) for the recording. If you are recording single camera sessions, you need to bring in one (1) SSD. If you are recording a multi-camera session, you need to bring in four (4) SSDs.
You can upgrade your membership by going back to our pricing page and clicking on the membership version you want. Once you click, you will be automatically brought to a portal where you can upgrade your membership.
Once you upgrade, your current membership level will become inactive.
For monthly memberships, there is a two month minimum requirement. If you do cancel before paying for two months, we will bill you for the second month.
Refunds are only available within the first 5 days of your billing cycle AND if you haven't booked any sessions. After 5 days, refunds are not available.
If you cancel after the first 5 days of your billing cycle, you will still have to pay for the whole period, but you will retain access until your billing cycle ends.
You can cancel anytime after completing the required two months.
