How Does A Membership Work?

Signing up for a membership gets you access to discounted recording sessions. Once you sign up for a monthly or annual memberhip, you get access to our membership booking page where you can book as many discounted sessions as you want.

What Do I get With The Friends Membership?

The Friends Membership gets you access to audio and single-camera recording sessions for $80/hr.

In studio, members get:

  • In-studio engineer
  • On-mic producer
  • Access to remote recordings via Riverside

For every session, members get:

  • Booking availability Monday - Friday, 4-8:30 p.m. and all day Saturday
  • Ability to book up to 48hrs in advance
  • File Delivery in three (3) business days
  • Intro and outro added to your episode upon delivery (if you provide the files)

What Do I get With The Friends + Membership?

The Friends + Membership gets you access to multicamera recording sessions for $115/hr. Friends + members get everything included in the Friends membership plus:

  • Book availability whenever the studio is open
  • Ability to book up to four (4) hours in advance
  • File delivery in one (1) business day
  • Basic editing

Can I do a multicamera recording in the Friends Program?

No, you can only do multicamera sessions in the Friends + program

What Do I get With Basic Editing

Basic editing is up to 10 cuts per recording session. Tell us what you want us to cut or bleep during or right after your recording, and we'll send you the edited file with cuts when we upload your video.

Do I Need A Membership To Book At Your Studio?

No! You can book sessions whenever you'd like by heading over to our booking page.

How Many Sessions Can I Book In A month As A Member?

There's no limit! Book as many sessions as you'd like.

Can Anyone Get A Membership?

Memberships are reserved for independent creators. If you are a company or part of a larger network, you can either book at our standard rates or contact us for custom pricing.  

Can I Share A Membership?

Memberships are either by show or by individual—whichever party signs up for it. You cannot share a membership otherwise.

Can I record in 4k?

Yes! All video recordings can be done in 4K for no extra charge as long as you bring in SSD(s) for the recording. If you are recording single camera sessions, you need to bring in one (1) SSD. If you are recording a multi-camera session, you need to bring in four (4) SSDs.

How Do I upgrade My membership?

You can upgrade your membership by going back to our pricing page and clicking on the membership version you want. Once you click, you will be automatically brought to a portal where you can upgrade your membership.

Once you upgrade, your current membership level will become inactive.

Is There A Minum Membership Term?

For monthly memberships, there is a two month minimum requirement. If you do cancel before paying for two months, we will bill you for the second month.

How Do Refunds and Canceling My membership Work?

Refunds are only available within the first 5 days of your billing cycle AND if you haven't booked any sessions. After 5 days, refunds are not available.

If you cancel after the first 5 days of your billing cycle, you will still have to pay for the whole period, but you will retain access until your billing cycle ends.

You can cancel anytime after completing the required two months.
