Are Bookings Free As A Member?

No. Membership does not include free recording sessions; it grants access to book sessions at discounted rates.

How many bookings can I do in a month?

There's no limit! Book as many sessions as you'd like.

Can I do a multicamera recording in the Friends Program?

No, you can only do multicamera sessions in the Friends + program

What do I get with a reel-time bleep

No, you can only do multicamera sessions in the Friends + program

Can I Share A Membership?

Memberships are either by show or by individual—whichever party signs up for it. You cannot share a membership otherwise.

Is There A Minimum Membership Term?

For monthly memberships, there is a two month minimum requirement. If you do cancel before paying for two months, we will bill you for the second month.

How Do Refunds and Canceling My membership Work?

Refunds are only available within the first 5 days of your billing cycle AND if you haven't booked any sessions. After 5 days, refunds are not available.

If you cancel after the first 5 days of your billing cycle, you will still have to pay for the whole period, but you will retain access until your billing cycle ends.

You can cancel anytime after completing the required two months.
